Pine Street Animal Hospital (PSAH), in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our expanding, single-doctor companion animal practice.

Company Overview

We are a full-service veterinary hospital offering wellness care, internal medicine, and surgery (including orthopedic/specialty surgery). Our equipment includes: digital radiography, full in-house IDEXX lab, high-speed dental unit, pulse oximetry, 2 isoflurane anesthesia machines, and more. We refer after-hour emergencies to area emergency clinics and also have a great working relationship with large referral hospitals, Upstate Veterinary Specialists (Greenville, SC), Fetch (Greenville, SC), and Carolina Veterinary Specialists (Charlotte, NC). We have become a frequently referred clinic for orthopedic and specialty surgeries.

Located in the Upstate of South Carolina, Spartanburg has a thriving downtown with multiple outdoor recreation opportunities. We are 50 miles from downtown Greenville, SC, and 60 miles from Asheville and Charlotte, as well as a short drive to the SC coast.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for general small animal veterinary medicine, including small animal surgery. An interest in internal medicine is a plus.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., and the Associate Vet will work four days/week with one full day off. We have NO weekend office hours and NO after-hours or on-call schedule. All emergencies are referred to after-hours emergency clinics.

The new Associate Veterinarian will be an integral part of the team and will receive competitive production bonuses related to services.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
